  • New Countdown widget: pick a date and it counts down the days — a trip, a birthday, the big day. Tell it how many days to linger after, and it deletes itself when its time is up: instantly when you open it, plus a daily server sweep at 5am for ones nobody opens. Share it with family like any other widget.

  • The header is now deep coffee with white text, flowing into the phone's status bar as one continuous surface.
  • Staging builds now show a small Staging badge in the header so it's always clear which environment you're in.
  • The staging app icon now shows the house under construction — scaffolding and caution stripes — so it's unmistakable on your home screen.
