  • Shared lists now update instantly — items added, edited, or removed by someone else appear on your screen without refreshing.

  • Anyone whose role grants them the Admin tab can now send invites — the “Invite someone” section is no longer superadmin-only. Users, Roles, Page & widget access, and Managed widgets stay superadmin-only, and non-superadmins can never assign the superadmin role.

  • Inviting someone now defaults to the “friend” role instead of the first role in the list.
